Pallet Builder Responsibilities Build, repair, and recondition wooden pallets according to production requirements Sort and inspect palletsand lumber to determine what can be repaired, reused, or rebuilt Operate a pneumatic nailgun safely and efficiently when assembling and repairing pallets Learn to operate production equipment such as notchers, pallet dismantlers, and various saws Measure, position, and secure lumber and pallet components to complete quality finished products Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures and production instructions Assist with other palletproduction and material-handling duties as needed Qualifications and Skills Must be able to safely and consistently lift 40-60 pounds throughout the shift Comfortable using hand and power tools, including a pneumatic nail gun Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical work for extended periods Dependable attendance and ability to follow safety rules, work instructions, and production standards Previous pallet, woodworking, construction, or manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required Benefits/Compensation Full Time Pay Rate is $17.00 per hour 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts Benefits available whileemployed through Career Concepts Temp-To-Hire Benefits after Probation period Location Clymer, NY About Career Concepts Staffing Services, Inc.
