This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

1st Shift | Mon-Fri | 6am-2:30pm

What you´ll do

• Administers machine operations, as required to accomplish production objectives.
• Set-up, filling and packaging equipment as required.
• Adjusts dials, gauges, photo eyes, torque, labelers, tape machines, date coders, weigh scales and other related equipment, as required to positively affect production operations.
• Assemble cartons, pour/package products at required quantities and label cartons/ containers as required for products according to shop order packaging instructions.
• Identifies production problems both current and potential and advises corrective actions. Ensures that Production Supervisor or Shift Leader is advised of problems or concerns.
• Obtain input from Chemical Operator, Shift Leader, Production Team Leader, and/or Plant Supervisor for the tasks required for the day based on schedule.

What makes you a good fit

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Passing of standardized cognitive company test(s). 
• Ability to work required overtime to meet business goals.

The hourly pay range for this role is $22.00 . This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting.  This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
