Job Overview: Tolland Family Dentistry is seeking two full-time Dental Hygienists to join our collaborative clinical practice in Tolland, CT. This position offers a structured 4-day workweek delivering high-quality preventative dental care.
Key Responsibilities: Perform routine dental hygiene cleanings, conduct complete periodontal assessments, expose digital radiographs, maintain accurate digital charts, and educate patients on home oral hygiene practices.
Work Schedule: Full-time role running 32 hours per week across 4 days (Monday through Wednesday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with 7:30 AM arrival; Thursday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM with 7:00 AM arrival). Candidates must hold an active Dental Hygiene license. Experience with Dentrix is a plus.

Working Hours: Schedule includes 4 days per week (32 total hours). Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday runs 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hygienist expected by 7:30 AM) with a 1-hour lunch. Thursday runs 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (hygienist expected by 7:00 AM) with a 1-hour lunch.
