A leading national law firm is seeking a Corporate & Private Equity Partner to join its Nashville office.
\n \nThe ideal candidate will have 8 to 15 years of sophisticated corporate and transactional experience, with a strong focus on M&A and private equity transactions.
\n \nThe Opportunity
\n \nThe partner will join an established Corporate and Private Equity team advising clients on middle market transactions, typically involving enterprise values between $20 million and $250 million.
\n \nThe practice represents private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, strategic buyers, founders, and management teams across acquisitions, divestitures, investments, and exit transactions.
\n \nKey Experience
\n \n• 8 to 15 years of corporate and transactional experience
\n• Significant M&A and private equity experience
\n• Representing private equity sponsors and portfolio companies
\n• Advising strategic buyers, founders, and management teams
\n• Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, LLC agreements and related transaction documents
\n• Managing due diligence and transaction closings
\n• Advising on corporate governance and ownership structures
\n• Working directly with investment professionals, lenders, accountants and opposing counsel
\nThe firm is looking for someone with strong drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills who will fit within a collaborative and sophisticated transactional platform.
\n \nCandidates must be admitted and in good standing with the Tennessee Bar.
