Job Description

Actively seeking a Conflicts Analyst for a HYBRID Schedule and Full-Time Position within a Law Firm . The right candidate will have 2+ Years of Conflicts and New Business experience within a law firm, professional services firm, or Financial Services institution to be considered.

Lauderdale, Raleigh, NC, Los Angeles, Palo Alto, Phoenix, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9/9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Based on City)

SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | Any City Listed Above [Not Fully Remote Role]

PAY: $65 - $100K (Commensurate w/Experience) + Bonus, NonExempt

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree PREFERRED
• 2+ years of conflicts / new business intake experience in a law firm environment
• Intapp and Aderant experience is PREFERRED
• Proactive mentality that thinks ahead and anticipates what is next
• Client onboarding experience, Understanding of conflicts rules, geopolitics, corporate structures, and governance issues is HIGHLY PREFERRED

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviews, interprets, and summarizes conflict report results.
• Analyzes and resolves potential legal and business conflicts.
• Implements information barriers and ensures proper notification to affected personnel.
• Drafts formal email waivers and conflict waiver letters to ensure proper documentation of legal or business conflicts relating to new business.
• Maintains conflict information in the financial database, including related party information and client/matter narratives relating to conflicts resolution notes.
• Performs corporate research on all parties involved in new business requests to confirm relationships with existing firm clients.
• Other duties as assigned.
