Billing Coordinator | Phoenix, AZ

Ray Thomas is partnering with a top ranked national law firm seeking a Billing Coordinator for its growing Phoenix office.

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Schedule: Hybrid — 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Base Salary: $55,000–$70,000

What you’ll do:

• Review and edit prebills and prepare client invoices.
• Submit electronic bills, resolve rejections, and coordinate appeals.
• Ensure invoices meet firm and client billing requirements.
• Work with attorneys and legal assistants to resolve billing questions and discrepancies.

What we’re looking for:

• Ideally, 2–3 years of billing, bookkeeping, or related accounting experience.
• Legal billing experience from firms of any size; professional services billing backgrounds are also welcome.
• AR, AP, or accounting professionals with a legal background are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Aderant, BillBlast, Elite 3E, and e-billing experience are a plus.
